A few words regarding Sustainable Design:

We embrace our responsibility to have a positive impact on the business world and the environment. Sustainable design considerations are integrated into all of our projects whether we are working with a client to design and engineer improved operational efficiencies, a healthier workplace, or we are facilitating a full blown LEED process.  Sustainable design is no longer a novelty; it is simply how we do business.

Testimonials
apost-leftI have known Susan and key members of her team from earlier projects with their legacy firms for over 15 years. My recent re-introduction to Susan and the Packard design team occurred in spring of this year on a 63,000 SF tenant interior project for Kronos Incorporated. Packard Design has done an excellent job managing a demanding user group population while operating under the constraints of a cost conscious senior management team, a demanding landlord who is in a turnkey relationship with Kronos, my firm Northstar (the OPM for the tenant) and Calnan the contractor. The Packard team has skillfully and diplomatically moved the project and all its disparate stakeholders forward in a timely manner (one month from approved SD to CD) and proved to me that good design can be achieved without a lot ego and doesn’t necessarily need to result in an expensive build-out. I would welcome the opportunity to work with them on future projects.apost-right
